Terms & Conditions

Warranty

  • 5 year replacement warranty for all optical transceiver products.
  • 1 year limited warranty for all media converter and network switch products.
  • 3 year replacement warranty for Netlist memory products.
  • 5 year replacement warranty for Cisco compatible memory products.
  • Customer pays return freight and Aspen Optics will bear replacement freight costs.

Payment

  • Paypal or T.T. in advance only
  • Aspen Optics will not be liable for any duties and taxes charged on import to customer’s respective country.

Surcharge

  • For orders with amount less than US$100 (not include shipment charge), US$20 will be added as low order fee.
  • The MOQ for Cisco memory product is 5pcs, for orders quantity less than the MOQ, US$25 will be imposed as low quantity handling fee.

Standard packaging

  • SFP and SFP+ transceviers will be packed with plastic trays holding 10pcs per tray
  • GBIC transceivers will be packed boxes holding 4pcs per box
  • XFP, X2 and XENPAK transceivers will be packed with individual box
  • Customized packaging is available upon request and may affect freight charges.

Shipment

  • Goods will be released after the receipt of payment
  • Deliver by FedEx, DHL, UPS, Speed Post, Aramex or customers specified shipping agent.
  • The tracking number will be sent to buyers by email after dispatching the goods.
  • Aspen Optics will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to the courier fault or custom clearance.

Availability

  • Significant inventory exists in our Hong Kong warehouse. However, many products will incur delivery lead times and are subject to change without notice.
  • Typical orders ship within 2-3 days from purchase.
